Winter Wedding at Brinsop Court

Sarah and Ben got married in February 2019 at the stunning Brinsop Court. It was a day full of fun and we served the perfect menu for a glorious winter day. We are thrilled to share some photos of the day taken by Marta May, along with an interview with the couple themselves. 

Summer marquee wedding in the Brecon Beacons National Park

Louisa and Adam got married on a beautiful July day in the stunning backdrop of the Glanusk Estate in the Welsh countryside. The couple arrived at the reception in style in a classic car to the sounds of a Welsh brass band and guests enjoyed champagne, peach bellinis and canapés with the view of the Black Mountains.

One of the highlights of the year over at Land Rover Experience Eastnor is the annual TREK event.

Happy 10th Birthday A to Zest

On Thursday 9th May 2019 it was our birthday, 10 years since A to Zest began! 

To mark the occasion we want to share just some of the fabulous photoshoot images we have, as well as illustrating the past 10 years in 10 special ways.

A to Zest Kitchen at Blenheim Palace

Last summer we took on a new challenge for us when we launched A to Zest Kitchen and ran a pop-up bistro at the huge BBC Countryfile Live show, which took place in the grounds of Blenheim Palace.

Anna and Tom got married in the spectacular Norton Hall and its grounds, on a late summer day in the Cotswolds. With the bride being a wedding planner herself the pressure was on to create a truly memorable day for all of the right reasons!

For those with a taste for the adventurous. Bring a touch of street food theatre to your party. Sir Ollie's is our delicious toasted sandwich filled with 12 hour slow cooked Herefordshire pulled beef topped with Thyme confit onions and Gruyère cheese. Perfect hand held food to enjoy as the party gets started!

Special Occasion and Milestone Birthdays

We love a big party! Whether it is a milestone birthday or a wedding anniversary, a two or three course seated dinner is a very special way to celebrate with friends and family.

Sally and Simon were very keen to combine fun with smart dining for their party. It was a joint occasion celebrating both their silver wedding anniversary and their son's 21st Birthday.

Hereford Cathedral Nave Dinner

Catering for 350 people always needs careful planning not least when your kitchen is a transept!

Installing gas burner ovens in such a historic building; ensuring hot food is served from one end of the cathedral to another; timing service precisely to coincide with a busy event schedule, these were some of the challenges that we met to ensure a successful Hereford Cathedral Charity Nave Dinner.
