A Taste of Spring at RHS Malvern 2025

Spring arrived in full bloom at this year’s RHS Malvern Spring Show 2025, and A to Zest was proud to be right at the heart of the action, bringing fresh, seasonal flavours to thousands of visitors. From elegant lunches in the Members Lounge to indulgent dishes at the Bluebell Bistro, our team served up a true celebration of local produce, vibrant ingredients, and warm hospitality.

A Refined Retreat in the Members Lounge

For those looking to take a break from the gardens and exhibits, the Members Lounge offered a comfortable space to relax and refuel. We provided a variety of fresh and wholesome options throughout the day, including:

  • A range of hand-crafted sandwiches

  • Colourful, nourishing salads

  • Hot lunch specials

  • A full selection of hot and cold drinks

Whether guests were after a light bite or something more substantial, the lounge delivered a satisfying and stylish experience.

Dining in Style at the Bluebell Bistro

Just next door, the Bluebell Bistro invited visitors to sit down and savour a two-course menu packed with seasonal favourites and classics.

Breakfast (9:00AM – 10:30AM)
The morning menu was all about hearty beginnings and wholesome treats:

  • Full English Breakfast with Herefordshire Pork Sausage & Bacon, Hash Browns, Free Range Eggs & more – with veggie and vegan options available.

  • American Pancakes topped with vanilla fruit compote and Greek yoghurt.

  • Pressed Croissant with guacamole, poached egg, rocket, and Parmesan.

Lunch (12:00PM – 2:00PM)
Guests returned later for our curated lunch selections:

  • Chicken Caesar Salad – with bacon crumb, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan shavings.

  • Beef Bourguignon – slow-cooked in red wine, served with buttery mash.

  • Vegan Sweet Potato Curry – with turmeric cauliflower rice and warming spices.

Desserts finished the meal beautifully:

  • Lemon & Raspberry Bavarois

  • Vanilla & Cherry Cheesecake (Vegan & Gluten-Free)

The Café: Casual Bites, Big Flavours

Open all day, the Café provided something for everyone, from light salads to hearty hot lunches.

  • Rare Beef with horseradish and rocket

  • Cheddar & Red Onion Chutney (GF options available)

  • Rice Salad with Smoked Salmon and Asian slaw

  • Buddah Bowl with beetroot hummus, chickpeas, broccoli & crispy kale (Vegan)

Hot Lunches (12:00PM – 2:30PM)

  • Spring Vegetable Soup

  • Homemade Sausage Roll with new potatoes and salad

  • Chicken & Leek OR Cheese & Potato Pie with spring vegetables

  • Charred Cauliflower Steak with green tahini, squash wedges & roasted chickpeas (Vegan)
